MAHALA BAKKIE – PROMOTION

  • Promotion period – 1 June 2018 to 31 December 2018
  • Final draw – Saturday 12 January 2019.
  • Prize – Nissan NP200 Base plus A/C – UA6
  • Participants must be 18 years and older and must have a legal driver license and be prepared to provide proof thereof.
  • Excluded from participation are staff and relatives of Nissan Hermanus and cohabiting partners or family of the employees. As well as any participants/suppliers in respect of the competition (including advertising agencies, advertisers, sponsors or producers).
  • The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the competition. Nissan Hermanus may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Those participants in the final draw must provide their ID number in preparation for the final draw.
  • The decision of Nissan Hermanus is final, and no correspondence will be entered regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
  • The prize is personal and is registered in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or conditions that are inherent to the competition, the prize will not be awarded. In that case, Nissan Hermanus is entitled to choose another winner.
  • The NP200 BASE plus A/C (UA6) will be used for promotional purposes over the promotion period and will be awarded in its current state on the 12th January 2019. Nissan Hermanus is not responsible for any hidden defects in the prize but will assist the winner with the Nissan SA warranty processes if need be.
  • The NP200 – Mahala Bakkie – will be sign written and the winner there-of will be obliged to drive the – Mahala Bakkie – in that state for a period of 1 year upon receiving it.
  • Nissan Hermanus has the right to disqualify participants if they are believed to not be acting in conformity with the General Terms and Conditions, or if the participant is otherwise fraudulently accessing the competition or unfairly influencing the course of the competition.
  • Nissan Hermanus is entitled to, at its discretion and without notice, change or modify these terms and conditions specific to the competitions or special promotional offers for the duration of the contest and without giving a reason to discontinue, modify or adapt the competition or special promotional offer for reasons of its own without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes or adaptations within the competition, will be made public in an appropriate manner via the Dealership website www.nissanhermanus.co.za
